With over 17 years of experience in real estate and facility management, she has built a solid career across leading international organisations. Before founding Green FM, she served as Country Manager for CBRE Excellerate Morocco, after holding key management positions at G4S, Globe Williams, Brinks, and Newrest. Driven by a commitment to raising Facility Management standards, she places innovation, sustainability, and training at the heart of every project, ensuring operational performance, responsible service delivery, and long-term value for clients.

Salima TAZI

Senior Consultant Environment & Sustainable Development

A sustainability expert with over 15 years of experience in recycling, waste valorisation, and energy optimisation, she is dedicated to advancing greener, more responsible, and performance-driven real estate and facility management practices. Her expertise supports organisations in reducing their environmental impact, improving resource efficiency, and integrating ESG principles into everyday operations.

Hassan ABBOU

Director of Engineering and Building Performance

With over 15 years of experience, he specialises in LV/ELV systems, BMS, and industrial automation. His expertise includes IoT integration, energy monitoring, and smart-building technologies.
